From affected areas, where travel to South Africa is banned: review on a case by case basis. No refund will be possible, but bookings can be deferred for 6 months.
All other cancellations, will apply as originally booked. Cancellations received, less than 45 days prior to arrival will be subject to 100% full cancellation charge.
All guests cancelling a booking within the penalty period, indicated above and requesting this penalty to be waivered, are to kindly produce documentation from the airline confirming route cancellation and that travel to Cape Town is no longer available. This will enable us to motivate the cancellation waver with all service providers.
