Where do I find my voucher?
Your voucher will be emailed to you once you have confirmed and paid for a booking. Please make sure you receive both your Invoice and Villas and Hotels Checkin Voucher,
if you do not receive both these files please contact support
You can find your booking details by click on the "My Bookings" tab in the top right corner of this page (on a laptop or pc).
From there you will be able to retrieve these documents and booking information.
How do I use my voucher?
Your Villas and Hotels Checkin voucher must accompany you to your chosen accommodation and must be presented at the hotel, lodge, guesthouse etc.
You are able to present this document in either a printed or digital format, allthough certain properties may request that you send the checkin voucher to them via email upon checkin.
