That was the goal behind the formation of the Southern African Association for the Conference Industry – SAACI. Founded in 1987 by Keith McCusker, it is now the recognized professional association for the business events industry of Southern Africa.

As a member we underwent a strict registration process and are required to sign and agree to abide by a Code of Conduct. SATSA stands for credibility, value and authority.

Founded in 1949, FEDHASA (Federated Hospitality Association of South Africa) is recognised by Government as the representative of the hospitality industry of South Africa. With industry support, FEDHASA remains the umbrella association for hotels, restaurants, conference centres, caterers, self-catering accommodation, home hosting establishments (B&Bs and guest houses), suppliers and trainers, consultants and service providers to the hospitality industry.

Cape Town Tourism is the City of Cape Town’s official regional tourism organisation, responsible for destination marketing, visitor and industry services.
